My Services & Financial Philosophy

Financial Philosophy

I have made a commitment to model my life of ministry after Jesus. This results in a different kind of financial philosophy involving my services.  I recognize that people need to have some form of buy-in in order to maximize their commitment to participate. I also have strong convictions regarding attaching a price for offering ministry to others. I have settled on the following concepts listed with each service that I offer in order to strike a balance between my personal convictions of freely giving myself in service to others and the need to maximize participation in those I engage with. If you find that your financial situation is a problem in receiving any of the services I offer, please let me know. We can work together in resolving any issues that financial matters might present. Your wellbeing is the ultimate priority for me. 

  • The average cost for the 8-Week Grief Support Group Format is in the neighborhood of $500-$600 nationally.

  • I have settled on a value of $200 for those participating in my groups. 

  • I charge a minimal fee to help ensure that each person has an investment in the process.

  • So, I charge a $50 non-refundable fee to enroll in the class.

  • Each enrollee has the option to give an amount up to the $200 value assigned to the group format after completing the class.

  • Any amount over the $50 that you choose to give will be viewed as a voluntary gift. 

Grief Recovery Group Format 

Grief Recovery Individual One-on-One Format

  • The average cost for the 7-Week Grief One-on-One Individual Formate is in the neighborhood of $750-$1,000 nationally.

  • I have settled on a value of $250 for those working with me one-on-one. 

  • I charge a minimal fee to help ensure that the individual is committed to honoring the time that I block out to meet with them.

  • So, I charge a $75 non-refundable fee to enroll in this format with me. The times of our meeting together will be mutually flexible.

  • Each person has the option to give an amount up to the $250 value assigned to the individual format after completing the process.

  • Any amount over the $75 that you choose to give will be viewed as a voluntary gift. 

Spiritual Direction & Spiritual Companioning

  • The prices charged for Spiritual Direction typically vary from $40-$100 depending on the format.

  • The prices associated with Spiritual Companioning are unknown to me.

  • I do not charge a set price for providing this ministry.

  • I simply ask that directees offer whatever they are both financially and personally comfortable with for my services. 

  • Prices for Silent Retreats that I host will vary according to the location and length.

  • Typically retreat facillitors receive between $300-1,000 per event plus mileage.

  • I ask that groups that use my services use their discretion in terms of awarding my compensation.
